Elemental Oak (2)

This solid oak TV cabinet is a new variation of my previous design, now finished with a deep black oil that highlights the natural wood grain while giving it a modern touch.
Resting on sturdy oak legs, the piece combines clean lines with organic texture, making it a subtle yet striking addition to any space. This edition is available as the second piece at Zwaartafelen.

This unique artwork is now on display at the Zwaartafelen showroom in Amersfoort. I am proud to showcase this sculpture, and another stunning, one-of-a-kind piece will be revealed soon. Stay tuned!
This wall sculpture reflects the rich history of an oak tree, with each visible ring symbolizing growth, resilience, and the passage of time. Its smooth, organic surface invites touch and radiates the warm glow of solid oak wood.

Sea of Aurum is a handcrafted wooden sculpture with flowing, organic lines, finished in a high-quality golden hue. Its design reflects the fluid motion of water, with light and shadow playing across its surface, as if capturing the rhythms of the sea.
The name is inspired by Marian, derived from the Latin Marius, meaning “of the sea.” This ties the piece to its origins: the timeless beauty and power of the ocean, preserved in wood and gold.
This is my largest creation to date, and i am proud to present it to you !

Rhythm of Oak is an oak wood sculpture featuring gracefully flowing, wave-like forms that highlight the natural grain of the wood.
Encased in a deep, rich wenge frame, the 50 by 80 centimeter piece stands out for its dynamic interplay of texture and material.
This sculpture captures the essence of movement within the stillness of solid wood.

This butcher block is made from durable steamed walnut with an end grain construction, providing a sturdy work surface.
Measuring 45 x 32 cm and 4 cm thick, it is finished with mineral oil for protection and easy maintenance. The brass legs offer stability and a simple, refined look.
Suitable for both professional chefs and home cooks, this butcher block is a practical addition to any kitchen.

This coffee table is crafted from 6cm thick oak. The outer ring is brushed and blackened.
The inner ring consists of a system of smooth flowing wood forms filled with epoxy to maintain its functional properties.
